Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and a hashed version of your password. We never store plaintext passwords.

Form Responses: When someone submits a response to a form created on stigmi, we store the answers provided. We may also store the respondent's IP address for fraud prevention.

Payment Data: If payment collection is enabled (via Razorpay), payment processing is handled entirely by Razorpay. We store only the transaction ID and status — never card numbers or bank details.

Usage Data: We may collect basic analytics such as page views and feature usage to improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the stigmi service
• To send email notifications when a form receives a response
• To process payments through Razorpay (when enabled)
• To communicate important service updates

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except:

• With Razorpay for payment processing (when enabled)
• With MSG91 for transactional email delivery
• When required by law or legal process

6. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing legal@stigmi.app. Form creators can delete individual responses from their dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies only for authentication (session management). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify registered users via email for material changes.
