1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stigmi.app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by int2root LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

2. Description of Service

stigmi is a conversational form builder that allows users to create forms, collect responses, and optionally collect payments through Razorpay. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Collect data in violation of applicable laws
  • Send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect sensitive personal data (health, financial, biometric) without proper consent and security measures

5. Payment Terms

Free plans include unlimited forms and responses. Paid plans (Pro, Pro + Payments) are billed monthly. All payments are processed through Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on the Service. By using the Service, you grant int2root LLP a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting legal@stigmi.app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, int2root LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
